BureauBlumenberg is Yoram Blumenberg. I am a freelance art director, designer and consultant for print and online communication. As an experienced designer in the fields of graphic design, photography, and photo-editing, I create and produce media on paper such as brochures and letterheads, sophisticated websites as well as logos and corporate designs.
I began as a photographer and moved to graphic design. After discovering the Internet in the mid 90s, my first-ever web project followed shortly thereafter.
The Internet has changed our relationship to communication. Not all trends last, but some have influenced the way we get and stay in touch – such as weblogs and «social software». As a person who likes to try new things, I keep both a curious and critical eye on developments, seeking constantly to expand my knowledge.

Als Gestalter mit langjähriger Erfahrung in Grafikdesign, Fotografie und Bildbearbeitung konzipiere und produziere ich gleichermaßen Medien auf Papier wie Broschüren und Geschäftspapiere, anspruchsvolle Websites sowie Logos und Corporate Designs.
Zunächst arbeitete ich als Fotograf später als Grafikdesigner. Mitte der Neunziger entdeckte ich das Internet für mich und begann wenig später erste Web-Projekte zu gestalten.
Durch das Internet hat sich unser Verhältnis zur Kommunikation verändert. Nicht jede Entwicklung hat Bestand, aber manche Trends haben die Art und Weise, wie wir kommunizieren, geprägt, etwa Weblogs und so genannte »Social Software«. Als probierfreudiger Mensch verfolge ich die meisten dieser Entwicklungen mit Interesse und kritischem Blick, immer auf der Suche nach Erweiterung meines Wissens.
